Setup Your GPS Tracker

Charge Your Tracker

Before anything else, plug your tracker in using the included USB cable and charge it fully. The indicator light will turn solid green when it's ready. Don't skip this — a full first charge gives you the best battery performance.

⚡  Charge for a minimum of 2 hours before use. You can download the app while you wait.

Download the App

Get our free app on your phone. Scan the QR code below with your phone camera to go straight to the download — or tap your device button.

Create Your Account

Open the app and tap Register (bottom right of the login screen). Enter your details and create a password. Once registered, log in with your new account.

💡  Already have an account? Enter your details and tap Log In to continue to Step 4.

Pick a Subscription

Tap My at the bottom of the app, then scroll down and tap Subscriptions (highlighted in the screenshot). Choose the plan that works for you and complete the payment. Your subscription connects your tracker to the live GPS network.

⚡  Your tracker won't activate without an active subscription — pick your plan before adding your device.

Add Your Tracker to the App

In the app go to Add Terminal. You have two ways to register your device:

Scan the QR Code — tap the scan icon (top right of the Add Terminal screen) and point your camera at the QR code on the back of the tracker.

OR

Type the Number — find the long IMEI number printed on the back of the tracker and type it into the box, then tap Confirm.

💡  The QR code and IMEI number are printed on the back of the tracker unit as shown below.

Go Outdoors to Activate

Take your tracker outside with a clear view of the sky. The tracker needs to lock onto GPS satellites to complete registration — this won't work indoors. Wait up to 3 minutes for the first lock.

Once activated, your tracker will appear live on the map in the app. You're all set! 🎉

⚡  If it doesn't activate after 5 minutes, move to a more open outdoor area away from buildings and try again.
