First — get set up in the app

You can do this while your tracker charges. Keep the tracker handy — you’ll need the long number printed on it.

  1. Open the app. On your phone or computer, go to app.trackerprogps.com (button below). It’s a web app, so there’s nothing to download from an app store — and you can tap “Add to Home Screen” so it opens just like a normal app.
  2. Create your account with your email address and a password.
  3. Choose your subscription — pick which tracker you have, then the plan that suits you.
  4. Add your tracker. Tap “+ Add device” and type the long number printed on the tracker itself (not on the box). Give it a name if you like.

Pet Tracker (P02)＋
  1. Charge it fully with the USB-C cable (about 2 hours). Green light steady = charging, off = full.
  2. Turn it on: press & hold the button until the light flashes. (No SIM to fit — it’s built in.)
  3. Take it for a short walk outside for 5–10 minutes so it finds the satellites the first time.
  4. Clip it to the collar with the light facing up. It updates about once a minute on the move.

Lights: flashing = on · green steady = charging · green off (on charger) = full · green flashing fast = battery low.

Personal Tracker (X04)＋
  1. Charge it fully with the USB-C cable. It turns on by itself once it has charge — there’s no on/off switch.
  2. Take it outside for 5–10 minutes so it finds the satellites the first time.
  3. The button is the SOS button — a press sends an alert; it doesn’t power the device on or off.

Tip: fewer position updates = longer battery. Keep it topped up every few days for best results.

Asset Tracker (X22)＋
  1. Charge it for at least 2 hours with the USB-C cable first. It turns on automatically while charging (it can’t be switched off manually).
  2. Take it outside for 5–10 minutes so it finds the satellites the first time.
  3. Its large 10,000mAh battery gives very long life between charges. Please only use the supplied cable.

Lights: flashing once a second = on · steady = charging · off (on charger) = full · flashing 3× a second = battery low.

Vehicle Tracker (X24 – OBD)＋
  1. Plug it into your car’s OBD port — usually under the dashboard on the driver’s side. It turns on automatically and the light flashes to confirm.
  2. No charging needed — it runs off the car.
  3. Take a drive. It updates its location while you’re driving; when the car’s parked it goes quiet to save power (that’s normal) and refreshes next time you drive.

Bonus: it also reports engine health & fault codes in the app’s Engine panel.
