Questions people ask

Who gets the SOS alert?
You and everyone you’ve given a login to (up to 4 on Standard) get an alert on their phone, and you get an email too. Premium adds a text to your mobile; Premium Plus texts up to 3 more people.

How often does it update?
Every 15 seconds while they’re on the move and every 30 minutes when they’re still, to save battery. Switch on live mode for updates every few seconds.

Does it work indoors?
GPS needs a view of the sky. Indoors the app shows a rougher location from the nearest phone mast, clearly marked “Approximate”, and safe-zone alerts only use proper GPS — so no false alarms.

Can I track another adult?
Only with their knowledge and agreement. Talk to them first — tracking another adult without their consent can be against the law.

Does it work abroad?
Yes. The global SIM roams onto mobile networks outside the UK.

How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you start, and nothing is taken for 7 days. Cancel in the app before then and you won’t pay a penny.

iPhone or Android?
Both, plus any computer. The app runs in your web browser — nothing to download from an app store. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen to get alerts.
