Will it fit my vehicle?
Most cars and vans sold in the UK have a standard OBD-II port. Engine readings need the CAN protocol used by most vehicles since 2008. Not sure? Send us your make, model and year.

Does it need charging?
No. It’s powered by your vehicle through the OBD port. A small backup battery keeps it reporting for a while if it’s unplugged.

Will it drain my car battery?
It goes to sleep when the vehicle is parked to save power. If a vehicle will be left unused for several weeks, we’d suggest unplugging it.

How often does it update?
Every 30 seconds while driving and every hour when parked. Switch on live mode for updates every few seconds.

Does it work abroad?
Yes. The global SIM roams onto mobile networks outside the UK, so you can follow a van or motorhome overseas.

How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you start, and nothing is taken for 7 days. Cancel in the app before then and you won’t pay a penny.
