Good to know: the lifetime plan in plain English

How do I get it? Add your P02 in the app and choose “Lifetime — £59.99”. Already on monthly? Switch in Manage plan — your monthly plan then stops automatically.

How long? For as long as you own and use your P02 — the working life of the tracker.

One tracker, one account. The plan is linked to the tracker’s IMEI and the first account it’s registered on. It doesn’t transfer if the tracker is sold or given away — a new owner would need a new tracker.

Faulty in warranty? We’ll replace it and move your plan across free of charge.

Mobile network changes. If a future network switch-off means the tracker can no longer connect, the plan ends for that tracker — we’ll give as much notice as we can and offer a discounted replacement.

Fair use. Normal personal use of one tracker. Live tracking switches off automatically after a while to save battery and data.

Full details in our Terms of Service (Section 5). Your statutory rights are not affected.

Questions dog owners ask

Do I have to pay a subscription?
No. Choose the lifetime plan in the app: pay £59.99 once and there’s nothing more to pay for the working life of your tracker. Prefer to spread the cost? Pay £4.99 a month instead (first 7 days free, cancel anytime) — and switch to lifetime whenever you like.

Why choose the plan in the app?
Your plan is linked to your own tracker and account, so it’s set up securely in the app once your P02 arrives — it only takes a minute.

Does it work indoors?
GPS needs a view of the sky. Indoors the app shows a rougher location from the nearest phone mast, clearly marked “Approximate”, and safe-zone alerts only use proper GPS — so no false alarms from the sofa.

How often does it update?
About once a minute while your dog is on the move, less often at rest to save battery. Switch on live tracking for updates every few seconds.

iPhone or Android?
Both, plus any computer. The app runs in your web browser — nothing to download from an app store. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen to get alerts.

Can the whole family see the dog?
Yes. Add up to 4 extra family logins, and each person can switch on alerts on their own phone.

What if something goes wrong?
Email us and a real person in the UK will help. Faulty in warranty? We replace it and keep your plan.
